Recipe: Rhubarb Torte

Ingredients
- 4 C. rhubarb
- 3/4 C. sugar
- 1/3 C. butter
- 1 C. water
- 1 (3 oz.) package strawberry JELL-O
- Yellow or white cake mix
Instructions
Cut rhubarb into small pieces. Put rhubarb in bottom of pan. Evenly spread the sugar over the rhubarb. Spread JELL-O over the top of the sugar. Melt 1/3 C. butter, drizzle over cake mix. Pour 1 C. water over cake mix. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. It's quick. It's easy. It's good!
