Recipe: Pizza Your Way

Crust Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp cooking oil
  • 1 pkg. yeast
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2-1/2 cups of flour

Instructions
Put oil in a 1 cup measure, finish filling with warm water, add yeast and salt. Mix with flour to make dough. Let rise for 1 hour. Spread with fingers onto 2 pizza pans or 1 jelly roll pan. Prick holes in dough with a fork. Bake at 425F for 5 minutes. Spread pizza sauce over dough. Sprinkle with choice of toppings. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese. Bake at 425 F for 15 minutes. Enjoy!
